At least one author of each paper must register and pay the full registration fee ($650) by the early registration deadline (October 20, 2025) to guarantee publication in the symposium proceedings.

Authors of multiple papers must pay a reduced registration fee ($450) for each additional paper (unless another co-author has registered the same paper at  the full registration rate).

Student registration ($450) does not qualify for publication in the conference proceedings (unless another co-author has registered the same paper at the full registration rate).

Each person attending the symposium (author or not) must register either at the full or student rate.

For papers over the page length limit (i.e., 12 pages), up to 2 extra pages can be purchased at $100 per page.

Publication of color pages is free for the on-line proceedings. You should pay this fee only if you want color pages in the printed proceedings.
